REMOTE MONITORING

24/7 monitoring from our own NSI Gold Alarm Receiving Centre

MPS provides professional remote monitoring 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from our own NSI Gold approved Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), where alarm and video activations are assessed and actioned in accordance with agreed response procedures.

Designed. Installed. Maintained. Monitored by MPS.

OUR ALARM RECEIVING CENTRE

Your security stays with MPS

Monitoring remains in-house with MPS. The same organisation responsible for the security system also provides the monitoring service, incident response and technical support, creating clear accountability throughout the customer relationship.

REMOTE MONITORING

What our ARC monitors

Intruder & Hold-Up Alarms

Alarm activations received and actioned in accordance with agreed response procedures.

Personal Attack

Monitoring of personal attack activations where an agreed response may be required.

CCTV / Video Surveillance

Detection-activated video surveillance assessed by ARC operators, allowing appropriate action to be taken.

Lone Worker

Remote monitoring supporting personnel working independently or in higher-risk environments.

Fire Systems

Remote monitoring of connected fire detection and alarm systems.

WHEN AN ACTIVATION OCCURS

From activation to action

Signals received by the ARC are assessed and handled in accordance with the response procedures agreed for the site. Where video verification is available, operators can assess associated CCTV images to help establish what is occurring and take the appropriate agreed action.

ACTIVATION → MPS ARC → OPERATOR ASSESSMENT → AGREED RESPONSE → INCIDENT RECORDED

Active oversight of your security

MPS monitoring extends beyond responding to alarm activations. Nightly checks identify monitored sites where security systems have not been armed as expected.

In accordance with the customer's agreed procedures, the ARC reports the issue and, where authorised, remotely arms the system to help ensure the premises remain protected.

Remote resets. No additional charge

MPS does not charge customers for remote system resets carried out through our monitoring service.

Incident reports provide a clear record of monitored events and the actions taken by the ARC.
