Construction security is not limited to protecting a site after hours. Projects require protection for plant, materials, compounds and access points during the build, while larger developments may also require permanent CCTV, access control, intruder detection, networks and monitoring infrastructure to be designed into the completed facility.
MPS supports both requirements, working alongside developers, principal contractors, project managers and specialist contractors as the project progresses.

Rapid-deployment CCTV, temporary surveillance, perimeter detection and monitored security help protect vulnerable areas, plant, materials and access points while construction is underway.
Access & vehicle management
Access control, CCTV and ANPR support controlled movement of authorised personnel and vehicles around compounds, gates, delivery areas and operational zones.
24/7 remote monitoring
Suitable systems connect to the MPS NSI Gold Alarm Receiving Centre, allowing activations to be assessed remotely and an appropriate response initiated where required.
Permanent security systems
MPS designs and delivers CCTV, access control, intruder detection, fibre and data infrastructure, control-room systems and associated integration for the completed development.

MPS designs temporary surveillance around the evolving site rather than treating security as a fixed installation. Coverage and technology are reviewed as the development progresses, helping maintain effective protection throughout different phases of the build.
